We are delighted to announce the Autumn season of our highly regarded series of insolvency updates for the Accountancy profession.

Following the excellent feedback from the Spring events we continue to take to the road providing straightforward advice on how best to advise your clients in these difficult times.

The topics chosen for this year’s talks are even more relevant in the current volatile climate, where both businesses and individuals are facing financial challenges.

In the talk relating to The Companies Act 2006, we will be focusing on how this recent legislation will affect Directors and the issues they now need to be aware of in order to protect themselves from potentially litigious outcomes.

Our Presentation on Bankruptcy will examine practical issues faced by the first time bankrupt and the impact of recent legislative changes. We will also provide a brief overview of bankruptcy verses Voluntary Arrangements and Debt Management Plans, demonstrating the benefits and pitfalls of each.

As always our breakfast Presentations are clear, straightforward and to the point and give our guests the opportunity for informal interaction with ourselves and with fellow professionals.

The seminars are free and start with a full breakfast at 8.00am. The presentations will run from 8.45am until 9.15am when there will be time for questions before closing.
